No,Kinco HMI does not support Siemens' TIA Portal and WinCC flexible features.
But it Support PLC communication with Siemens!
● How many types of PLCs are supported ?
Kinco HMI Supports standard universal protocols such as Codesys, Omron Tag Protocol, CANopen, Modbus, etc., thus supporting communication with over 300 PLC manufacturers such as Siemens/Mitsubishi/Keyence/AB/Delta.But  the different manufacturers PLCs and Kinco HMI ,the communication connection methods are not completely the same.To probe that. You can download the kinco software, it is free as You know. You hace yo choose the Hmi and then you choose with which plc family You want to connect.
